Hassle-Free Return Policy

If you don’t like it, we will take it back!! We want you 100% happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
We accept returns within fifteen (15) days from date of purchase on your receipt and meets all criteria listed. If so, we will issue a refund in the form of a store credit minus our original cost of shipping to you.
All items for refund must be returned and delivered to us within 15 days from date on your receipt. All refunds will be issues in the form of store credit. Items must be unwashed, unworn, smell free and original tags still attached to be accepted for a full refund. If tags are not attached, item cannot be returned.
Items that do not meet this criteria will be returned to you and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Sale items, accessories,shoes, and gift cards are considered final sale and are not available for refunds. If item(s) are being purchased with a free gift, free gift must be returned with item(s) to be fully refunded.
If you used SEZZLE as your form of payment and you decide to return your item(s), you will still be responsible for making your SEZZLE payments. We are NOT AUTHORIZED to make changes or cancel SEZZLE payments. SEZZLE is an independent company outside of Rustic Pineapple Boutique to provide you with the option to pay over time. Choosing to pay with Sezzle, you have made the agreement with the company and Rustic Pineapple Boutique is not responsible for any and all issues with Sezzle. Please contact Sezzle with any questions or concerns of payments.
Any shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Must send an email to Shoprusticpineapple@gmail.com prior to starting a return with your order number in the subject line to be given a return number.
- Send item(s) back to us with your own shipping label
- Must include your invoice and/or note with your full name and order number.

Once items are received, please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed in the form of store credit. This will be sent via email that you used when you placed your order.
If item is not received within fifteen (15) days, Rustic Pineapple Boutique reserves the right to refuse the return.
Order Errors/Damaged Items:
If by chance you receive the wrong/or defective item(s), Rustic Pineapple Boutique will pay for the return shipping but remember item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, smell free and original tags still attached.
If the incorrect item(s) is received or your order is damaged, you must report this issue via email to email@example.com within 2 days of receiving order. There will be no exceptions to this 2 day grace period for returning incorrect or damaged item(s). If tags are removed before noticing error/damage, the item(s) cannot be returned. If the item is damaged during wash and/or wear we cannot accept the return of item(s).
